Ⅲ. Enlightenment for Teaching English Writing
 
Generally speaking, apart from the knowledge of words and expressions, teachers should also include the background information, stylistic structure and the ideas-combined way. Take this prose as an example, teachers are supposed to clarify the logic sequence working behind it and encourage students to outline theirs compositions in a meaningful and well-organized pattern. Specifically speaking, as for practical teaching methods, we can ask students rewrite some materials into verse or provide some seemingly irreverent words and demand them create stories after brainstorming like Benjamin Franklin did in the youth.
 
Ⅳ. Conclusion
"If you would not be forgotten, as soon as you are dead and rotted, either write things worth reading, or do things worth the writing"-----it is one of the most well-known sayings spoken by Benjamin Franklin. From this point of view, students, under teacher’s guidance, can learn from Benjamin Franklin’s real experience and follow the four instructions to make a progress in writing skills and then “writes things worth reading”.
